Mix above ingredients and place in pan. Topping: Mix together: 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup quick oats 1 cup granola 1/2 cup flour Crumble mixture on top of peaches and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

Peachy Berry Cobbler
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cold water
1 can cannery peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Mix cornstarch, brown sugar, and water in saucepan. Add peaches, sugar and blueberries and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add butter and lemon juice and stir well. Pour into baking dish and top with dallops of cobbler topping.
Cobbler Topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
Mix all ingredients well. Drop onto fruit mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Oh I can't stand to open my recently canned peaches...very tempted to do so by that recipe though. I will have to save it for a cold winter month!
Peaches are in season- you could go get some fresh ones at the supermarket and save your canned ones...;-)
mymomma, big rich, and I canned peaches. They look so beautiful. I know how itybtyfrog feels, I don't want to open my either.
We froze chopped peaches in freezer bags too. I whip out a bag for smoothies and peach dump cake.
And Peach Pie? :)
